"Just bought a home in Columbus and I needed someone to check out our 1970’s fireplace before I felt comfortable using it. Brandon came out next day after I contacted him. He explained to me how my fireplace worked and fixed several cracks in our fireplace on the same day as the initial inspection. Above all you get the benefit of dealing one-on-one with Brandon rather than playing phone tag with one of the larger companies in the area (who also charge almost double for lower quality work). Would easily recommend to anyone!"

"I contacted LB services through Thumbtack to clean and inspect two fireplaces in my new home. Brandon came out the same day, completed the requested work and also made recommendations on how to prolong the life of our fireplaces. His customer service was excellent, and that’s been tough to find lately. I would definitely hire him again."

"Brandon repaired my 2004 gas/electric fireplace on Friday 11.03.2023 and it has been working perfectly since, it has only been a few days but a very welcomed addition. Brandon worked on my fireplace for almost 4 hours, replacing the Honeywell part with a SIT part; he also extended a 1 year parts warranty and a 2 year service. Brandon thoroughly explained the repairs and why they were needed."

"Brandon came out to inspect and clean both of the fireplaces in our home. He was very prompt in his communication and was able to get out to us within a day or so (just in time for the cold weather). He was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process with any questions we had. He handled the whole process professionally, was very friendly and completely the work quickly.
